Ingredients
  

  • 1 keto-friendly tortilla
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Keto-friendly toppings of choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional for brushing)
  • Pinch of Italian seasoning

  • 1 Parchment Paper
  • 1 Oven or air fryer
  • 1 Spoon for spreading sauce
  • 1 Knife for slicing

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a crusty base.
  2. For the Tortilla Base: On a parchment-lined baking sheet, add your keto tortilla. Lightly brush with olive oil for crispiness.
  3. Sauce: Take sugar-free pizza sauce and spread it over the tortilla crust using a spoon.
  4. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add Toppings: Place your desired low-carb toppings evenly on top.
  6. Bake: Transfer to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  7. Rest and Serve: Let the pizza cool down for 2 minutes before slicing, to avoid burning your mouth.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness use a pizza stone.
  • Don't weigh down with toppings. All these can lead to sogginess.
  • If you want a pretty crisp crust, pre-toast the tortilla for 2 minutes. Then add your toppings.
  • For an added taste factor, sprinkle garlic powder on base before baking.
  • Use cheddar cheese or a cheddar mix for a fancier flavour.
