Make the crust: Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Stir in almond flour and egg; a dough will form. Roll it between parchment paper into a large round pizza shape.
Bake the crust: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake crust 8–10 minutes, or until golden.
Cook the meat: In a frying pan, combine the beef and taco seasoning. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
Assemble the pizza: Spread sauce over the crust, add the taco meat and then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake and finish: Put pizza back in oven for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and sour cream as you serve.
