Prepare the Bell Peppers: Wash them and cut the tops off carefully, then use a knife to scrape off the seeds and membranes, making an empty vessel. Set aside.

Stuff the Peppers: Spoon the seasoned mixture evenly into each bell pepper, pressing gently to fill them well.
Add Cheese: After filling each pepper, sprinkle mozzarella, and parmesan on top for a cheesy, rich layer!
Bake the Peppers: Place them in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil, bake 10 more minutes until cheese is golden.
