Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • tbsp Erythritol Or Monk Fruit Sweetener (Optional)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Optional)
  • 1 scoop Unflavoured or Vanilla Keto Protein Powder (Optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Rinse fresh strawberries or measure out frozen ones.
  2. Add to blender: Combine strawberries, almond milk, heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla, and ice cubes in a blender.
  3. Optional add-ins: Add chia seeds or protein powder if using.
  4. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust: Adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  6. Serve: Pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry slice, and enjoy immediately!
