Prep Ingredients: Clean and hull strawberries, measure the coconut milk, and have all other ingredients ready to easily blend.
Combine in Blender: Add the strawberries, unsweetened coconut milk, shredded coconut, vanilla and sweetener of choice to blender.
Include Ice: Add a few ice cubes to make the smoothie cold, thick, and refreshing.
Optional Boost: If you like extra fibre or protein add chia seeds, collagen, or a scoop of protein powder.
Blend Smoothly: Blend everything on high until completely smooth, foamy and lump-free.
Taste and Adjust: Taste for sweetness and consistency, add more sweetener or milk if necessary.
Serve Chilled: Pour the smoothie into a cold glass, and top with shredded coconut or a slice of strawberry.
