Mix Ingredients: Add cooked salmon to a large bowl then add eggs, almond flour, mayo, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir until everything blends evenly.
Shape Patties: Split the mixture into portions and shape them into small circular patties roughly ½-inch thick. Uniform size ensures they cook at the same rate.
Heat Oil: Heat up some olive oil or avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. When oil is nice and hot, drop the patties in.
