Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Few drops natural red food coloring (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

  • 1 Measuring Cups & Spoons
  • 1 Tall serving glass
  • 1 Straw or spoon

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather almond milk, cream cheese, cocoa powder, heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla, food colouring, and ice.
  2. Blend well: transfer everything into a high-speed blender to make sure it is all mixed well.
  3. Blend Base: Begin blending on med-high then increase to high until shake is smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste Your Sweetness: Taste the mixture, and if necessary add more sweetener as you like
  5. Adjust Thickness: If too thick, add a splash of almond milk; if too thin, add extra ice or cream cheese.
  6. Rest: Allow the shake to sit for 1–2 minutes so the flavors can meld and thicken a bit.
  7. Serve: Divide between a tall glass, top with whipped cream if desired and drink straight away while cold.

Notes

  • This shake tastes better with cold almond milk.
  • Vary the cocoa for a more intense or lighter chocolate taste.
  • Blend longer for extra creaminess.
  • For meal replacement purposes, you can even add some protein powder to it.
  • Skip food colouring if you want it all-natural.
