Add Wet Ingredients: Use a whisk to mix eggs, warm water, and olive oil into the flour to make a thick dough. The psyllium will absorb moisture rapidly to form a thick mixture.
Shape and rest: Pour the dough into the loaf pan and smooth out with your hands and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to rise.
Baking and cool: Bake for 50 minutes until golden brown. Insert a toothpick — if it comes out clean, it is done. For best texture, let it cool completely before slicing.
