Make Egg Wash: In another bowl, beat eggs until smooth so the coating will adhere.
Coat Rings: Dip each onion ring into egg wash, then into the dry mixture, making sure it is coated thoroughly. Repeat for all rings.
Cook Rings: In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the rings in batches until crispy, golden brown. For a lighter alternative, bake or air-fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
Rest & Serve: Drain on paper towels, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve hot with keto-friendly dips.
