Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Method
 

  1. Blend the Ingredients: Add 1 cup of ice, 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled), 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1–2 teaspoons erythritol, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) into a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness: Taste your frappe and if it’s not sweet enough add some more keto approved sweetener.
  3. Serve: Pour the blended frappe into a serving glass. Serve with whipped cream or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.

Notes

  • Pour chilled coffee to keep the frappe frosty.
