Make the dough: Mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Add wet mix: Beat the eggs together with olive oil and warm water in a separate bowl and mix with the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
Form the buns: Cut the dough in 4 pieces and form 4 round buns. Spoon them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add toppings: Dress it with sesame seeds to give the impression of a traditional hamburger bun.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake buns for 20 minutes or until golden brown and hollow.
Cool & serve: Allow the buns to sit for 10 minutes before cutting and using for burgers.
