Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Grill or grill pan
  • 1 Meat thermometer (optional)
  • 1 Basting brush

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Marinade: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, oregano in a bowl. Add salt and pepper for seasoning
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts. Allow it to sit for 10–15 minutes at the minimum (better yet, let it refrigerate overnight for more deep taste).
  3. Preheat the Grill: When hot, heat your grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Place the Chicken on the grill and cook 6–8 minutes each side, or until cooked through (cooking time will depend on thickness of the breasts). It should reach 165°F (74°C) with a thermometer.
  5. Rest Before Serving: Take the chicken out from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing in order to maintain its juices.

Notes

  • Even mainly because feasible, pound typically the chicken boobies for simpler overall cooking.
  • Top with chili flakes for a little heat.
