Ingredients
  

  • 1 store-bought keto frozen pizza or homemade frozen keto crust
  • ½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni or chicken
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet or pizza stone
  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Mixing bowl (if making homemade crust)
  • 1 Parchment Paper
  • 1 Pizza cutter

Method
 

  1. Heat the oven: Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
  2. Assemble the pizza: Lay the keto frozen pizza crust out and spread the sugar-free pizza sauce over the top.
  3. Top with toppings: In this order layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake: Transfer the pizza to the prepared hot baking sheet and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  5. Rest and serve: Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Preheat the pan to get an added bite to your snap.
  • Use parchment paper to prevent any sticking.
  • One could also add some fresh herbs, such as basil, after baking for additional flavor.
  • Don’t pile on toppings and ruin your crust.
