Preheat Oven: Preheat you oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the Dry Ingredients: In one large mixing bowl add almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder and salt.
Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil (or melted butter), and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
Combine Mixtures: Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix thoroughly.
Put in Water: Slowly pour in warm water and stir into dough. Cool for 5 minutes so it thickens.
Shape Buns: Divide dough into 4 equal portions and shape into round buns. Place them on the baking sheet.
Bake: Bake until golden brown, for about 25 minutes.
Cool & Serve: Let the rolls cool down for 10 minutes before slicing, serving.
