Heat your oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Make the base: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Add the mixture to dish that will be able to go in the oven.
Bake the base: Bake for 8-10 minutes until just firm to touch and lightly golden.
Top with toppings: Spread pizza sauce over dough and sprinkle the toppings such as pepperoni, bell peppers and olives over the pizza. Serve topped with additional cheese, if desired.
Bake again: Put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melting and bubbly.
Rest and serve: Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
