Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol (Or Preferred Keto Sweetener)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Optional Toppings:
  • Fresh berries (raspberries or blueberries – keto-friendly in moderation)
  • Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder For Dusting

Method
 

  1. Soften Cream Cheese: Let the cream cheese set at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. Mix Cream Cheese & Sweetener: Take a Bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered erythritol until smooth using a hand mixer.
  3. Add Vanilla & Cream: Add vanilla extract and slowly pour in heavy whipping cream while mixing until light and fluffy.
  4. Chill the Mixture: Spoon the mixture into ramekins or a serving dish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Add Toppings: Just before serving, top with a few fresh berries, nuts, or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Serve chilled. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Always soften your cream cheese for easy mixing and smooth texture.
