Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix to form a soft dough.
Stir in Chocolate Chips: Mix in sugar free chocolate chips or nuts and fold into the dough for extra flavour.
Shape Cookies: Scoop and roll into balls, set on the cookie sheet lined with parchment, then gently smash the top.
Bake: Place the tray in the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
Cool: Let cookies chill for 10 minutes to cool down before eating.
