Preheat the waffle maker: Turn on your waffle maker and lightly grease it with coconut oil or non-stick spray.

Whisk wet ingredients: In a different bowl, whisk your eggs, almond milk, melted butter and vanilla together.
Combine and rest: Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring until well combined. Let the batter rest for 2 minutes to thicken.
Cook waffles: Pour batter into your waffle maker, and spread it out. Place the lid on top and cook for around 4 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve and enjoy: Remove waffles with a spatula, add your favorite keto toppings, and serve warm.
