Method
 

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven at 400 ° F (200 ° C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Chicken Crust Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, add ground chicken, chopped mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, Italian spices, salt and pepper. Mix well until the material is equally combined and make a sticky flour.
  3. Shape the Crust: Place the chicken mixture on the prepared baking sheet. To use a spatula or your hands and to level it in a round, even crust. After cooking, target the thickness of almost in -inch to ensure the crust well.
