  • 1 Clean Kitchen Towel Or Cheesecloth
  • 1 Baking Tray Or Pizza Stone
  • 1 Parchment Paper
  • 1 Food Processor Or Grater
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Oven

Method

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves and core completely.Cut cauliflower into small flowers for easy processing. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble fine rice grains.
  2. Cook and Drain the Cauliflower: Transfer ricked cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes to soften and leave moisture. Allow it to cool slightly before handling it. Keep a clean towel or cheese cooked cauliflower. Squeeze as much moisture as possible to prevent a disgusting crust.
  3. Mix the Dough: Transfer dry cauliflower to a large mixing bowl. Add the egg, chopped mozzarella, parmesan cheese and seasoning. Mix everything well until it becomes a harmonious flour.
  4. Shape the Crust: Preheat your oven at 400 ° F (200 ° C). Line a baking tray or pizza stone with parchment paper. Spread cauliflower flour on the parchment. Give it shape into a round crust, using about 1/4 inch thick, a spatula.
  5. Bake the Crust: Bake the crust to 20-25 minutes or golden brown and firm. Remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Add Toppings and Finish: Spread a thin layer of sugar -free pizza sauce over the crust.Add the desired topping and additional mozzarella cheese. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven, slices, and serve hot.
