Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt
  • 1 tsp keto-friendly sweetener (like stevia or monk fruit)

  • 1 Blender or milk frother
  • 1 Coffee maker or French press
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Mug

Method
 

  1. Brew the Coffee: Brew 1 cup hot, strong coffee however you like to make it.
  2. Add the Fats: Hot water fills the coffee; pour it into a blender. Then add the cup of butter, and MCT oil or coconut.
  3. Blend Until Frothy: Process on high speed for 20-30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  4. Taste and Adjust: You can add a little cinnamon or sweetener – even sea salt, if you like. Blend again briefly if needed.
  5. Serve Immediately: Pour it into a mug and drink hot. Whisk again if necessary to froth it up.

Notes

  • For best results make sure to use hot, fresh-brewed coffee.
  • Grass-fed butter contributes more nutrients and a deeper flavor.
  • A blender ensures maximum froth; stirring does not produce the same effect.
