Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (sugar-free)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp powdered erythritol (optional, for sweetness)
  • Pinch of salt

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Whisk or spoon
  • 1 Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Airtight jar or container

Method

  1. Gather Ingredients: Mayo, sugar-free added ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar (measure out all the sauce ingredients), shredded pickles, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Mix the Base: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard in medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Add Seasonings: Add the vinegar for tang, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder to give it a kick.
  4. Incorporate Pickles: Blending in the chopped pickles give you some crunch and that classic Big Mac taste.
  5. Adjust Flavour: Check the sauce for seasoning—vinegar, sweetener if needed, or more heat.
  6. Chill the Sauce: Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
  7. Serve and Store: It is also great to serve over burgers, salads, grilled meats or keto fries. Keep the extra in an airtight jar for up to one week.

Notes

  • Use sugar-free ketchup to keep the sauce keto-friendly.
  • For a smoother sauce, blend the ingredients instead of chopping pickles.
  • Adjust the sweetness and tang to your liking.
  • Make a double batch for meal prep—it stores well.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne or hot sauce.
