Preheat Waffle Maker: Preheat your Belgian waffle maker while you make the batter.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend Wet Ingredients: Beat eggs, cream cheese, almond milk, butter or ghee sweetener and vanilla in another bowl until smooth.
Combine Batter: Very slowly add in the dry with the wet until a thick batter forms.
Cook Waffles: Pour batter into waffle maker (greased) Seal and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Allow waffles to rest for 2 minutes then serve warm topped with your favourite keto toppings!
