Mix the Meat and Spices: Combine ground beef and all seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
Shape the Sticks: Roll the mixture into long, thin sticks about ½ inch thick.
Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper Put remaining beef sticks on parchment paper so their not touching each other.
Cook Slowly: Bake at 175°F (80°C) for 2–2.5 hours until fully cooked and slightly dry, or use a dehydrator for 6–8 hours
Chill and Keep: Let sticks cool completely before keeping in an airtight container or even frozen.
