Heat the Oil: You can good with olive oil or butter, heat that up in large skillet over medium to make sure the cooking base is on point.
Fry Aromatics: Stir in finely diced onion and minced garlic and saute until soft and fragrant for flavour-rich base.
Cook Beef: Stir in the beef mince to the pan, and use a spoon to break it down and brown it evenly.
Add Veggies & Spices: Stir in bell pepper, zucchini, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt and pepper and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Add Sauce: Add sugar-free tomato puree and stir; simmer for 8-10 minutes until flavours are combined.
Finish & Garnish: Add a layer of cheese on top, place under cover until melts or browns; sprinkle freshly chopped paresely, and serve hot.
