  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  3. Combine ingredients: Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and olive oil to the melted cheese. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough: Put together the dough between two items of parchment paper and roll it as skinny as you may get it for crispiness.
  5. Cut into shapes: Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice the dough into triangle-shaped chips.
  6. Oven bake the chips: Lay the potato thinly on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool and Enjoy: Let the chips sit for 5 minutes before indulging.
