Ingredients
  

  • 200g smoked salmon slices
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 small cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp capers
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Method
