  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  4. Flip and Cook Again: Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip and cook until set, about 30-40 seconds more.
  5. Cool and Store: Transfer cooked wrappers to a wire rack. Eat right away, or seal in an airtight container.
