- Add Chicken: Add chicken Breast on both sides for 2-3 minutes per side. Allow to cook.
- Add broth & spices: Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes Add chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer & shred: Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Take out chicken to shred and add back into the pot.
- Pour the cream & toppings: Mix in heavy cream. Top with avocado slices, cheese, cilantro and other toppings you choose; alongside keto tortilla chips.

- Shorten your cooking time by using rotisserie chicken.
