  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Method
 

  1.
