  • 2 medium zucchinis (thinly sliced) or 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 cup sugar-free salsa
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
